Held in June of each year, the Strawberry Festival is a time when we come together to enjoy the strawberry harvest. The event consists of strawberries and other food items for purchase, booths of local artists/crafters and a quilt raffle.
Held on Memorial Day, come join us for a great breakfast of plain/chocolate chip/blueberry pancakes and meat/vegetarian sausage. Eat in or take out. We are on the parade route, so afterwards get your spot out front for the Doylestown Memorial Day Parade.
Steak Dinner - Saturday, April 6, 2013
Held in March of each year, the steak dinner is quite an experience, generous portions and excellent food all for a good price. Come join us for a dinner to remember. Proceeds will benefit the church and other favorite charities.
Held in the fall, crafters and artists in the congregation display for sale all the items they have made during the year. All the items are made at home or during the weekly group session. Treasures for sale include Christmas ornaments, home decorations, wearable art and much more. A holiday tea or lunch can be purchased as well as snacks and desserts from our Bake Shop.
Monday afternoon quilters gather to work on hand made quilts from 1 pm to 4 pm. Each year a quilt is stitched and raffled off at the Annual Strawberry Festival. The money earned goes to support projects at Salem.
